This spring, the Chaska High School Theatre Program put on the play Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. The play followed the story of four children on their journey though the magical land of Narnia. Peter, the eldest child, was played by sophomore Liam Jeffery, Susan was played by Meghan Payne (11), Edmund was played by freshman Nolan Litchewski, and the youngest child, Lucy, was played by Sydney Gramstad (11). The costuming crew worked long and hard on this show, building all of the costumes from scratch. Costumer Shannon Webskowski (12) said, “Costuming for Narnia was very different from previous shows because we built all of the costumes ourselves. We were able to add personal touches to the clothing and it was magical to see something that you created come to life on stage.”
